Meet Daria

Hi, I’m Daria Ibrulj — a former bulge-bracket investment banker (UBS) & large-cap private equity investor (Cinven), turned certified Executive Coach and creator of FireUp.

During my 10 years in the industry, I worked alongside founders, executives, investors, advisors and their vast teams to create business value and drive sustainable growth.

I saw first-hand the overwhelm and frustration created by the demands of the job and the poor and reactionary decisions that it led to. But against all this, I saw that high quality thinking, communication and leadership were the vital components to overcome these challenges.

That’s why I created FireUp — to offer a space which enables thoughtful and deliberate decisions that are aligned with your goals. 

My approach combines real industry experience, strategic thinking and emotional intelligence with tailored coaching to guide your journey towards transformational outcomes.
